Our Story
We Didn't Open a Restaurant.
We Opened Our Kitchen.
Pizza Mizza started the way most honest things do — with a recipe, a oven, and a neighborhood that deserved better. We set up shop on Avenue K because this block felt like home, and we wanted to give it something worth gathering around.
Every dough is hand-stretched. Every sauce is crushed by hand. Every pie spends time in a wood-fired oven that runs hot enough to make the crust sing. We don't do frozen, we don't do fast, and we don't do apologies.
If you walk in and the place is full, good. That means someone ahead of you already knew what they were getting into.
